We do not collect sensitive personal data without your knowledge, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling in connection with this service.

How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry
• Manage your programme booking and sessions
• Deliver personalised programme materials, including your audio recording
• Keep a record of our therapeutic work together in line with professional practice standards
• Process payment for sessions

We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Legal Basis for Processing

How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enquiry data (where you do not proceed to a programme) - retained for up to 2 years, then securely deleted.
• Client records - retained for a minimum of 7 years following completion of your programme, in line with professional practice guidelines. After this period, records are securely deleted.

Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers - such as video call platforms and email services, who are subject to appropriate data protection obligations and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
• Authorities or third parties - where we have a legal obligation to do so, or where a safeguarding concern requires disclosure.

Any disclosure is limited to the minimum necessary information. Where possible, you will be informed before disclosure takes place.

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
