1. About the Service

Life Beyond Jabs is a hypnotherapy and behavioural change programme operated by Provolve Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The programme is delivered by a qualified Solution Focused Hypnotherapist.

2. Nature of the Service

Life Beyond Jabs is a complementary therapy programme. It is not a medical service and does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. The programme is designed to support behavioural change and is intended to complement - not replace - the guidance of your GP, prescribing clinician, or other healthcare professionals.

If you are currently taking, reducing, or have recently stopped weight loss medication, you should continue to follow the advice of your prescribing doctor. Any changes to medication should be discussed with your clinician.

3. Eligibility

The programme is available to adults aged 18 and over. Certain health conditions may mean that hypnotherapy is not suitable, or that modifications are required. Suitability is assessed during the initial consultation.

By booking a session or programme, you confirm that you are aged 18 or over and that you will disclose any relevant health information when asked. If you are unsure whether the programme is suitable for you, please raise this during the initial free call.

4. Sessions

All sessions take place online via video call. Session times are agreed in advance. You are responsible for ensuring you have access to a suitable private space and a stable internet connection for the duration of each session.

5. Booking and Cancellation

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours' notice will be rescheduled without charge.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or where you do not attend without prior notice, will be charged in full.
• The Foundation Programme fee of £599 is non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
• Where a programme cannot be completed due to exceptional circumstances, the position will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Payment

Payment is required in advance of each session or programme phase. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment details are provided upon confirmation of booking. Prices shown on the website are correct at the time of publication and may be updated from time to time.

7. Personalised Audio Recording

As part of the Foundation Programme, you will receive a personalised guided relaxation audio recording for use between sessions. This recording is for your personal use only and must not be shared or reproduced. It should not be listened to while driving, operating machinery, or in any other situation where alertness is required.

8. Confidentiality

All information shared within sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Confidentiality may only be broken in specific circumstances: where required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or to another person. In such circumstances, only the minimum necessary information will be shared with the appropriate person or authority, and wherever possible you will be informed beforehand.

9. Outcomes

The programme is designed to support lasting behavioural change. Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. No representation is made that the programme will result in any specific outcome, including weight loss or weight maintenance.

10. Intellectual Property

All programme materials, audio recordings, and content provided as part of the programme are the intellectual property of Provolve Ltd and are licensed to you for personal use only. They may not be shared, reproduced, adapted, or distributed without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Provolve Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in the programme, or from any decision you make in connection with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

Provolve Ltd reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the service following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
